Our lots
A wide selection of lots is available, with a minimum area of approximately 3,000 square meters (50 x 60 meters), or 33,000 square feet (165 x 200 feet). A mountain land is a sound investment at an exceptional price, starting at $1.50 per square foot or $16.15 per square meter (before taxes), with in-house financing available.
* Purchasing land within this domain gives you access to the entire territory: four mountains, trout lakes, rivers and streams, infrastructure, and services. And there is no deadline for the construction of a building.

Accessibility
Whether at the top of a mountain, along the Clinton River, or in the forest, each site is accessible via a gravel road maintained by Domaine des Appalaches. Snow removal and dust suppression are carried out by the municipality of Notre-Dame-des-Bois on the roads concerned.
Security
Putting your tranquility and safety first, all of Domaine des Appalaches’ inc. driveways are private, as lands are accessible to owners and guests only.

Short-term rental
Short-term rentals (such as Airbnb) are permitted in certain areas of the Domaine des Appalaches. Owners of rental cottages must read the Short-Term Rental Guide and provide their tenants with a copy of the Short-Term Tenant Guide (attached). The Appendix is also available in English.
