Winter promotion

Certain conditions apply:

* To take advantage of the promotion, the deposit upon signing must be a minimum of 25% of the price of the land plus sales tax, and the land must be paid in full within 90 days of purchase, before a notary.

** To take advantage of financing at 2.9% interest for the first 5 years, then 3.9% until the end of the payments, the down payment upon signing must be a minimum of 5% of the land price (before taxes) for a lease-purchase, or a minimum of 15% of the land price (before taxes) plus sales tax for a purchase-sale agreement.
