Ideal for long-term projects, this option allows you to build at your own pace, according to your priorities:

Define the location
Mark out the entrance and location
of the cottage in accordance with the standards.
Some plots have already been surveyed; for others, we can put you in touch with a surveying firm.
second step:
Prepare the project
A meeting with the municipal inspector of Notre-Dame-des-Bois will help you understand local regulations and the permits required.
third step:
Build at your own pace
Once you are ready, you can manage the construction process your way, according to your budget and schedule. And we remain available to advise you as needed.
